  • You agree to the payment terms before completing the transaction.
  • You authorize Global NGO Alliance to process the payment for the selected service.
  • You understand that refund eligibility depends upon the specific circumstances described in this Policy.
  1. Payment Methods

Payments may be accepted through officially approved payment channels, including but not limited to:

  • UPI
  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Bank Transfer
  • NEFT
  • RTGS
  • IMPS
  • Payment Gateway
  • QR Code Payments
  • Digital Wallets
  • International Payment Methods (where supported)

Payments should only be made through officially authorized channels published on Global NGO Alliance websites.

  1. Membership Fees

Membership fees paid for registration, renewal, or upgrade shall generally be considered final, subject to the refund conditions described in this Policy.

Membership fees cover administrative processing, digital identity management, verification, communication systems, technology infrastructure, operational costs, and related services.

Users are responsible for reviewing membership details before making payment.

  1. NGO Registration Fees

Registration fees paid by NGOs for platform registration, verification, directory listing, or related services are generally processed after submission.

If registration processing has already begun, the applicable fee may become non-refundable, except where required by law or where a refund is expressly approved under this Policy.

Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee approval or listing.

  1. CSR Registration Fees

CSR registration fees, partnership processing fees, or collaboration-related administrative charges are generally intended to cover verification, documentation review, administrative handling, and platform services.

Unless otherwise stated, such fees are generally non-refundable once processing has commenced.

  1. Award Nomination Fees

Award nomination or application fees are intended to cover administrative review, documentation processing, evaluation management, communication, and related operational expenses.

Payment of an award nomination fee does not guarantee nomination, selection, recognition, or receipt of any award.

Except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated, award nomination fees are generally non-refundable after successful submission of the application.

  1. Event Registration Fees

Registration fees for conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars, leadership programmes, networking events, or similar activities may be refundable only if cancellation conditions specifically published for that event permit refunds.

Where no event-specific refund terms are published, registration fees shall generally be considered non-refundable after confirmation.

Global NGO Alliance reserves the right to substitute speakers, modify schedules, change venues, or convert physical events into virtual events where reasonably necessary.

  1. Training & Certification Fees

Training programme fees, certification fees, online learning fees, and educational programme charges cover access to digital resources, instructors, technology platforms, learning management systems, assessments, and administrative services.

Where access to programme materials has already been granted, such fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Participants are encouraged to review programme details before making payment.

  1. Donations

Donations made voluntarily to Global NGO Alliance are generally non-refundable because donated funds may be allocated to charitable programmes, administrative operations, community initiatives, educational activities, environmental projects, humanitarian assistance, or other approved organizational purposes.

If a donation has been made due to an obvious technical error, duplicate transaction, or unauthorized payment, the donor may contact Global NGO Alliance for review.

Each request shall be evaluated individually.

  1. Duplicate Payments

If a user accidentally makes multiple payments for the same transaction due to technical issues or user error, the duplicate payment may be eligible for review.

Users should report duplicate transactions promptly with supporting payment details.

Where verification confirms that an unintended duplicate payment occurred, Global NGO Alliance may process an appropriate refund, adjustment, or credit, subject to applicable payment gateway procedures and legal requirements.

  1. Payment Failure

Although Global NGO Alliance strives to provide a secure and reliable payment experience, payment failures may occasionally occur due to banking issues, payment gateway interruptions, internet connectivity problems, technical errors, insufficient account balance, incorrect payment credentials, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where a payment fails before successful confirmation, users should first verify the transaction status with their respective bank or payment service provider before attempting another payment.

Global NGO Alliance shall not be responsible for delays caused by banking systems, payment gateway providers, or financial institutions.

  1. Pending or Failed Transactions

In certain situations, a payment may appear as “Pending”, “Processing”, or “Failed” even though funds have been temporarily debited from the user’s account.

In such circumstances, users should allow sufficient time for the banking system or payment gateway to complete reconciliation.

If the transaction ultimately fails, the amount is generally reversed by the respective bank or payment service provider according to its own policies and timelines.

Global NGO Alliance does not control the internal processing time of banks or payment gateways.

  1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under limited circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Verified Duplicate Payment.
  • Payment made due to a confirmed technical error.
  • Incorrect payment processed because of a system malfunction.
  • Unauthorized transaction confirmed after investigation.
  • Cancellation approved by Global NGO Alliance under applicable programme rules.
  • Refund required under applicable law.

Every refund request is individually reviewed based on the available evidence, transaction records, payment gateway information, and organizational policies.

Approval of one refund request does not create a precedent or entitlement for future refund requests.

  1. Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing, the following payments are generally non-refundable after the relevant service has commenced or been delivered:

  • Membership Registration Fees
  • Membership Renewal Fees

Certain programmes, events, conferences, workshops, or training sessions may permit cancellations subject to programme-specific cancellation terms published at the time of registration.

Where cancellation is permitted, requests must generally be submitted before the applicable deadline.

Cancellation requests submitted after programme commencement may not qualify for refunds.

Global NGO Alliance reserves the right to determine whether cancellation requests satisfy the applicable conditions.

  • Suspend the associated account.

  • Documentation Review
  • Verification Services
  • Technology Infrastructure
  • Communication Costs

Any such deductions shall be made transparently and in accordance with applicable policies.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances

Global NGO Alliance recognizes that extraordinary situations may arise that warrant special consideration.

In exceptional cases involving medical emergencies, natural disasters, technical failures attributable to Global NGO Alliance, or other compelling circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Any exception granted shall remain entirely discretionary and shall not establish a continuing policy or legal entitlement for future requests.

  1. Compliance with Applicable Laws

Global NGO Alliance (GNA) administers all payment, cancellation, refund, and financial processes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This Refund Policy is intended to operate consistently with relevant legal requirements governing electronic payments, consumer protection, taxation, accounting, financial reporting, and nonprofit governance.
